As you enter the ground floor lobby space you are presented with a dramatic seating area, which is held within the boundary of a very large loophouse gradation rug. This rug captures and enhances the colour story within this space, which subtly transcends colours from a mocha brown on the rugs edges through to a rich chocolate then pulsates into a vibrant red at its centre. One floor above offers a truly spectacular viewpoint of the magnificence of the alchemy gradation rug and the exquisite power colour has within a space. Look down to view the large rug in its entirety set beneath the white seating. Then allow your eye to follow the artwork on the wall and look up and out while seated in the upper seating area, again located within the boundaries of a smaller loophouse rug.
